network?- We've dedicated a

Is there a contract period?- No. All hosting and dedicated server plans are month to month, although we do offer annual
pre-payment discounts for servers. Open accounts are invoiced quarterly with terms of Net 15. Credit
card accounts are billed monthly.

What is a domain name and how do I get one?
- A domian name is basically your web address registered with InterNIC. If you need one, please visit our domain name directory.

- How much web space do I need?
- Probably less than you think. Our Economy Plan (10 Megabytes) will
handle a web site with 250 standard web pages. Larger companies and companies with online
databases will want to use our Standard or Premium hosting plans.

- How long is the setup process?
- All hosting accounts are usually setup within 2 business days of the order. Depending
on InterNIC, it usually takes 1-3 days before your domain begins to answer. Dedicated servers are set up based on availability. All set up of accounts, including website development, are done on a "best efforts" basis.

- What if I need to build a website? How do I publish information to the web?
- You will be given an Internet Protocol (IP) address to access your account. Most people will use a software program to make web pages such as MS FrontPage 2000 and use a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) program to transfer pages to the server.

- What if I want Web Hosting Networks to build a website for my company?
- Please check out our web design services. After your site is developed, you may have access using FTP and MS FrontPage to change the layouts, pictures and text. You will be charged accordingly based on our pricing policies for any additonal changes that we make that are requested after the initial set up.

- Can I get statistics on site visitors?
- If you host with us, we offer statistical log analysis packages that
can tell you how many visitors your site has, which search engines they are coming from,
which key words are working for you, and more.

- What are some of the account restrictions?
- We DO NOT offer hosting for adult oriented sites. Unsolicited mass e-mail (SPAM) is prohibited.
